Refund Policy – BNS Infotech

At BNS Infotech, we are committed to delivering high-quality web design and development services tailored to your needs. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have outlined our refund policy below.

1. Project Initiation and Advance Payment

• All web design and development projects require an advance payment (typically 30% to 50%) to confirm and initiate the project.

• This advance is non-refundable as it covers time, resources, project planning, and design mockups.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Before Project Development Begins:
  A partial refund may be granted if the project is canceled before any development or design work has started, after deducting administrative and consultation charges.

• After Work Has Commenced:
  No refunds will be issued once the project design or development has started.

• Completed Projects:
  Once the project is completed and delivered, no refund requests will be entertained.

3. Project Abandonment

• If a client fails to respond or provide necessary content/information for more than 30 days, the project will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

• Reactivation of the project may require additional charges.

4. Dissatisfaction and Revisions

• We offer multiple revisions (as per agreed terms) to ensure client satisfaction.

• A refund request based on a change of mind or internal decisions will not be considered valid.

PhonePe Payment Terms

1. Payment Confirmation

• All payments made through PhonePe are only considered valid when they are successfully credited to the official BNS Infotech account.

2. Refund Requests via PhonePe

• Refunds, if applicable, will be made only to the original PhonePe account used during the transaction.

• Refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days, subject to eligibility.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Mistaken payments or transactions initiated by the client in error.

• Payments made after the start of design/development work.

• Charges for domain registration, third-party tools, or software licenses purchased on behalf of the client.
