Maintenance & Support
Each project is governed by a mutually agreed scope, timeline, and pricing structure, defined before the start of work.
2. Project Onboarding & Communication
Clients must provide complete and clear requirements.
Required content, assets, and feedback must be provided in a timely manner to avoid delays.
All communication should be done via official email or project management tools to maintain clarity and records.
3. Payment Terms
Projects typically begin after a 30–50% advance payment, depending on the project size.
Remaining payments must be cleared before final delivery or website go-live.
Payment methods accepted: UPI (PhonePe), Bank Transfer, or others as discussed.
Payments for domain and hosting are non-refundable and must be made in advance.
4. Revisions and Modifications
Minor revisions (within the original scope) are allowed at no extra charge.
Major changes or new features requested after development begins may be charged additionally and may affect the timeline.
Revisions must be requested within 7 days after project delivery.
5. Project Delivery & Ownership
Upon full payment, the client receives complete access and rights to the website and its content.
BNS Infotech may retain credits (e.g., “Developed by BNS Infotech”) unless agreed otherwise.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure that submitted content (text, images, logos) is legally owned or licensed.
Delays in feedback or content submission can extend project timelines.
Security and maintenance beyond delivery are the client’s responsibility unless a maintenance plan is subscribed.
7. Service Limitations
We are not liable for:
Issues caused by third-party plugins, servers, or hosting providers.
Content errors or SEO performance after delivery.
Losses due to hacking or malware if no maintenance plan is active.
8. Refund Policy
Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information. In general:
Advance payments are non-refundable.
Refunds, if eligible, are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method (e.g., PhonePe).
9. Termination of Service
BNS Infotech reserves the right to terminate services in cases of:
Payment delays exceeding 15 days.
Misuse of services or illegal activities.
Abusive communication or unprofessional behavior.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Shimla.
